✨ 수도 코드

1. scoville 리스트를 힙으로 변환  

2. while (scoville 힙의 길이가 2 이상):
    2.1 가장 작은 두 음식 pop
    2.2 if 가장 작은 음식의 스코빌 지수 >= K: return result
    2.3 두 음식을 섞고 push
    2.4 result += 1
3. 최종 확인
    if heap에서 pop을 한 음식 >= K: return result
    else: return result
